Supporting wellbeing is not only about what we talk about in therapy. It's also about the small, everyday choices that shape how we feel — the food we eat, the habits we build, the environments we create, and the products we use to care for ourselves.

Through my work as a counsellor, psychotherapist, and health coach, I often see how emotional wellbeing and physical self-care are closely connected. When we begin to treat ourselves with more care and intention, it can support both our mental and physical health.
